I order lot of 'side order' then jeffery N sam with me 3 hungry ghost in 1 table clear stock, i in the morning haven eat nor drink... then i eat other people red plate cool right?

at 4pm+ we go pizza hut to eat student menu, we waste lot of cheese,make lot of noise couse got a ah beng( I never say who hor, he also make drop N broke the glass) then the service chinese girl was so rude was 3cm above the table drop the food on us WTH... Next time i sure give feedback form...

On 20/09 every1 get their msg from hilton hotel chef, but i didnt get, make me worried
until 23/09 i meet with franky N jeremy then go there after that got malay guy then i go scan wow i pass mean i that day got work.

I work in cold kitchen then vaccum pack, 'suigo' that machine was so fun to play with but delay time HAHA!!! then i cut fruit OMG, the chef cut the fruit like 7 cm i cut until 4cm i dont know what wrong was it sia!!!

Then chef ask me go hot kitchen with that indian guy, omg he from 8am do the seal scallop 4 colour until 12pm i stand down 1min swear already then he talk alot of thing to me. i cant endure the heat i go wash my face, then a 1000years old demon old ah ma age:55+ still dry hair light red old liao still dry hair die also 1 face sia... scold me say i no hygience... how i know cannot wash face? Which chef is very clean 1? i 100% tell u in this world only 1% is clean 1 the other is dirty 1... if u go to any cooking place u C u also can C very dirty only act infront of the guest only but inside OMG shit over the place...

after i do finsih i go back cold kitchen that cut onion my eye got rainfall(water) couse of onion, then count each packet got 70 pax of orange SIAO I , indra 2, yah in(the malay girl dont know how to spell her name) count 2000PAX OMG WTF, i was damn tired...

Then the chef ask we on SAT go F1 then C my HP N darren HP no. is the same no wonder no send me msg that is a error mistake...

On 25/09 OMG i so shocked when working with FRAnky(the big head green robot monster) then go to bus N arrived to the F1 place...

we grathed at F1 outside there walk in scan card, walk for about 10mins then and the food to bring up but the lift is dame small carry 3 big thing N only 1 lift OMG we were traffic jam at there!!!

Then 'mise en place'(if u are a chef u know what this mean!!!) everything then go break!!!

2pm hot food is coming go down bring it up

wow the food damn nice lol i mean the smell only HAHA :p, food at night then we eat.
Chef put poipah(springroll) N cailflower inside the warn cupboard (the door i dont know call what) then 1hours later the VEG N springroll turned yellow N dry then thorw away alot!!!

at night we perpared food 4 VIP 1 table cost 'a few K' that what chef told me OMG just a race then got alot of 'ang mo' rich sia then 1 guy got 5 lady beside him (i talk crap from 'then 1 guy...')

then midnight clear up go inside chiller eat ice cream cool man so freezer!!!

take the big container go back the LV 1 then stuiped police check our container C got what...
JOKE If inside got knife i sure 100% stab the person 1 lol waste our time N my youth of sleeping time then go bakc hotel 2am then go back home with 2 chef, jeremy N i i at home 2.30am the time we work 10am to 12am 12hours no OT pay WTF waste 2hours of working hours 'Fruit' (mdm yi ping teach us 1) the big Chef... N hotel only taxi fare can claim.

26/09 sat 10am report then go up change shirt N come down same thing like YTD...
This time the food is better scallop OMG go in the freezer eat alot but is half cook N seal it 4 colour. then 2 indian chef Play with fire at food warner if u are my group or beside u know what happen ,then take 'mian huo qi' to put out fire then inside all food throw away, we were the 1st group to clean up the places couse we throw thing 1st HAHA... Then do the same thing like YTD then 2am with jeremy at nearby MAC at there 'TON' but i sleep at there

17/09 SUN 10am report but lot of people still haven reach there then we go up to eat breakfast got'jeremy,jenny,,franky,N malay friends N I... then 10.30am inside bus sit with chef do same thing... Wow got sushi, i go snatch to cut the sushi damn fun HAHA... At night chef put me in charge of cutting beef tenderloin OMG so fun... but a bit slow couse 1st time cut 13cm of beef meat...

Then at the end clean up we clean up finish we go another group to help out, then say joke. Then push thing to lorry then went back to 3th floor 'SUGOI' the glass dorr smached into piece, luckily not i did it phew. Go back to the room eat Ice cream... N this time go back hotel at 3am WTF still check out at 12am wth with the 'BIG CHEF' cheat our $$$ N feeling then jenny,jeremy,franky,wady go home i stay with indra2 N them... to 5.30am the 1st mrt...

at CCK take bus C my 2 cousin, but too tired lazy to greet them then go home NO BATH N take a sleep 8am to 5pm haiz... that the end of the F1 race...

Oh on the project that mdm give us, we 12/09 go do that project, then got 1 stranger come N talk to us.
So that is how we had new friend.
About her: nagging, talkactive, funny, open-minded, a bit of ah lian
but only jocelyn had her no.
